Waiting List Opening for
Whispering Pines Public Housing
The Washington County CDA is accepting applications for the Whispering Pines Public Housing one-bedroom wait list. Whispering Pines is a 40-unit building located in Forest Lake, MN.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. United States Citizen, or a noncitizen with eligible immigrant status.
2. Have a social security number for each family member on application.
3. Income qualifies by household size.
The following are the maximum gross income limits for each household size.
Household size Preference Income Maximum Income
1 $27,800 $72,950
2 $31,800 $83,400
Applicants will be selected based on the following preferences:
1. Seniors age 62+ or a person with a verifiable disability
2. Persons 55-61 years of age
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
