The CDA’s administrative staff are responsible for day-to-day management of CDA operations and provide expertise on matters of legislative advocacy, communications, and personnel management.
The Finance Department handles financial reporting, risk management, and related activities for the CDA and CDA-related legal entities.
The CDA housing staff manage programs related to homeownership and homebuyer counseling, as well as coordinate federal and local rental assistance programs under CDA management.
