NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE 2026 WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM PROJECTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Washington County CDA is soliciting application proposals for affordable housing and community facility projects to be funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Approximately $246,000 of CDBG funds and $537,000 of HOME funds will be available for Program Year 2026.

As a member of the Dakota County HOME Consortium, the following funds are available to a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) within the Consortium jurisdictions consisting of Anoka, Ramsey, Dakota, and Washington Counties, and the City of Woodbury: 2026 – $39,000 +/-
