EXCITING NEWS!
Dear Residents of Raymie Johnson Apartments and Townhomes,
Starting in summer 2025, Raymie Johnson Estates will be extensively remodeled. The apartments, townhomes, common spaces, and building exterior will be modernized and made more convenient, efficient, and comfortable. Inviting and fresh surroundings will make Raymie Johnson Estates feel more like home.
Team members from the Washington County CDA, Shelter Corporation, Canvas Health, Kaas Wilson, Frerichs Construction, and Housing Opportunities Unlimited (HOU) will carefully ensure everyone is impacted as little as possible.
When the work does affect you, we will provide plenty of resources and assistance. Project leaders from HOU will meet individually with each household to discuss concerns and make plans so that everyone’s needs are addressed.
