Take Your First Steps with a Home Stretch Workshop with the CDA

The Washington County CDA offers FREE Home Stretch workshops, which satisfy the homebuyer education requirements of Minnesota Housing’s programs. In addition, the CDA offers services that support potential homebuyers, such as personalized, individual counseling, and a $5,000 First-Generation Homebuyer Grant for homes purchased in Washington County.
