On September 19th, 20th and 21st, 2017, the Washington County CDA is opening the waiting list for public housing only.

Applications can be made on-line at: WashingtonMN.housingmanager.com

Eligible applicants should apply between 8:00 am on September 19th and 4:30 pm on September 21st. We will accept on-line applications only.

Only one person per household may apply. We are limiting applications to the first 2000 applicants. Once 2000 applications are taken, the site will be closed.

The one, two, three and four bedroom waiting lists will be open. These units include one bedroom units located at Whispering Pines in Forest Lake and two, three, and four bedroom scattered site public housing units located across Washington County.

A preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Washington County or to applicants that have been displaced by federal, state or local government action.

For the one bedroom units, preference will also be given to those aged 62+, and those who are handicapped or disabled.

Eligibility:

1.    You must be a United States Citizen, or a noncitizen with eligible immigrant status.

2.    You must provide a social security number for each family member.

3.    You must income qualify per household size.  The following are the maximum gross income limits for each household size.
