Free Fair Housing Course for Property Owners, Representatives, and Staff
Sign up for a free, online Fair Housing Course for property owners, managers, representatives, and staff. This essential training will be offered several times throughout 2025 starting on February 20 for Ramsey County. Register on AHC’s website for the geographic area and date that works for you! This Fair Housing Course is designed for all property management staff who interact with current or prospective renters. This training will help you:
- Identify key historical events and trends in Fair Housing
- Examine the responsibilities of property owners under federal laws, state laws, and local ordinances
- Analyze how to protect your property from possible housing discrimination complaints
- Identify ways to proactively and positively work with current and prospective renters
- Consider Fair Housing requirements along the housing continuum, from renting to homeownership
Attendees can earn CRE credits at this essential and FREE 90-minute course.
