This Fair Housing Course is designed for all property management staff who interact with current or prospective renters. This training will help you:

  • Identify key historical events and trends in Fair Housing
  • Examine the responsibilities of property owners under federal laws, state laws, and local ordinances
  • Analyze how to protect your property from possible housing discrimination complaints
  • Identify ways to proactively and positively work with current and prospective renters
  • Consider Fair Housing requirements along the housing continuum, from renting to homeownership

Attendees can earn CRE credits at this essential and FREE 90-minute course.
